Production Planner and Manufacturing Process Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Planner and Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in production planning and the development of an integrated ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning system. You will work closely with the technical team responsible for production and production preparation, aiming to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and manage an integrated system encompassing ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning to optimize production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team responsible for production and production preparation, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Process Streamlining: Identify and implement strategies to streamline production processes and supporting systems.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve operations.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and coordination in production planning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electro Mechanics, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead process improvement initiatives.
